At Lucca Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below to understand the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made, special orders, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

7. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
